XS Marketing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated casino industry support department worker to join our team. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate and assist customers from all around the world in questions regarding our product and services (via email, chats and phone calls);
– Provide excellent customer support by identifying customers needs and solving tasks with an individual approach;
– Communicate with other internal teams to find a solution for more specific requests sent by customers;
– Maintain a positive image of our company.
While experience is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position. We are open to considering candidates with no experience, as long as they have a passion for communication and a willingness to learn.
